Having established itself in the UK over the past three years and successfully launched in the USA this summer in partnership with the International Jet Sport Boating Association, P1 AquaX will be showcasing its unique race series in Lake Havasu City at the world’s premier event for all things personal watercraft. The World Finals features the world’s only tradeshow for new models, accessories and lifestyle products, and the P1 AquaX stand will be welcoming visitors from 10th to 13th October. Heading up the AquaX team will be former IJSBA World champion and AquaX Championship Manager Lisa Barsby. “We have attracted a large number of amateur riders to compete in both our series (UK & USA) by offering them an exciting challenge whilst keeping costs to a minimum” explained Barsby. “By exhibiting at the IJSBA World Finals we hope to continue this trend and also expose the series to new markets.”The AquaX booth will be next to its media partner, ProRider Magazine facing on to the racecourse, and the aim is for it to be a meeting place for riders, potential sponsors and partners and for personal watercraft enthusiasts to talk about the series on both sides of the Atlantic. Joining Barsby will be current AquaX racers, including multiple world ski champion Anya Colley (pictured above). “The event attracts a huge international audience and, with P1 planning to take AquaX to more markets, this is the perfect venue and timing for us.” said Barsby.IJSBA managing director Scott Frazier is delighted that P1 AquaX will be part of the personal watercraft family at this year’s Hot Products World Finals: “AquaX provides pwc owners with the opportunity to get involved with an organised race experience that is friendly and fun without fully having to tackle the competitive environment of sanctioned events.”P1 AquaX racing continues in the USA with the final round of the season taking place at St. Cloud in central Florida on 16-17 November. For details of the 2013 Hot Products World Finals please visit www.ijsba.com/world-finals[fblike]
