Sacramento police have arrested two people in connection with the theft of jet skis and a trailer last month.Anthony David Perfetto (pictured), 52, was arrested Friday after he was located in another Northern California jurisdiction, according to a Police Department news release. Chanel Duplessis, 25, was taken into custody today.The theft occurred Jan. 20 in the 8000 block of Folsom Boulevard. The owner of the jet skis and trailer walked out to discover her property missing shortly after 9 a.m. She followed a trail of water to a nearby gas station, where she confronted and fought with the suspects until she was able to get her trailer unhitched from their vehicle, described as a red Chevy Blazer.Perfetto was arrested on suspicion of possessing and receiving stolen property, vehicle theft and grand theft.Duplessis was arrested on suspicion of possessing and receiving stolen property, vehicle theft, grand theft and violation of probation. Police said a booking photo of Duplessis is being withheld pending further investigation.
